We have recently been made aware of a ”Direct Comparison” of our Bekule Outback pods by Ovano. They also included 2 other competitors in their review.

We have had a look at their review and unfortunately we can’t say its entirely factual and an honest review.

To be a fair review a product will have Pros and cons as you would expect. Ovano have cherry picked only the points of theirs that they believe are better but not including their negative points to rivals. This is very misleading. For example they state their customer phone support is direct, whilst ours is only ”available” even though our phonelines will put you through to the staff that have designed and built all our units in house!

They also state ours does not have ”extra support methods” and ”Anti vibration dampening”. Firstly our system is built in a totally different method than theirs so we don’t need any extra supports, ours are quicker to drop the bulkhead and in our opinion stronger and much easier. We also have a lot less moving parts hence we do not have systems that squeak so we do not need to try and stop this. We have one part which is the cantilever leg system which does have felt dampening to avoid and chance of road noise.

Not only this some of their information in our opinion is biased.

We will be updating shortly correcting the incorrect information they have provided and we will also add where our units outperform theirs.

On Top of this they boast a 2 year warranty and only they offer this. We now have matched their 2 year warranty which covers the runners but we now offer a 3 year warranty on our workmanship and will repair anything that has failed while being used properly. 

Also we do offer a delivery service which they state we do not.

Finally they state they are the ”originator and market leader” we find this difficult to believe as Ovano  established in 2019. There are social media posts of similar pods from germany in i believe 2017. We will try to find these and will post on our ”review” if we can. They maybe one of the first in the UK however.
